The terms "you", "your", and "yours" refer to anyone accessing, viewing, browsing, visiting or using the Site. We advise all customers that we Do Not offer refunds on custom orders but we do offer exchanges on non-custom purchases.  
 
If an exchange is desired due to a product issue, company must be informed of problem and receive the returned product within the noted time period according to the terms of our exchange policy.

    For Darker colors such as #1 & #35 - Please be advise that these colors may bleed.  However bleeding will stop after few washes. (It is recommended to wash the hair prior to wearing in cases like this ).

   For Gray human hair colors - Please be advised that this color may appear yellowish and can turn more yellow if heat is applied to it.

How To Order Hair
Order hair in 100 strand bundles according to the colors and sizes that are given on this website.   Please note, custom orders can only be made if agreed with a representative prior to placing an order with this website or H-Supply company otherwise orders can only be made as they are displayed on this website or order pamphlets.

Please confirm your delivery address and email prior to any payment submission. All orders are sent to the address submitted at your payment check-out.  Your shipping address should either be submitted the same as on your credit card's billing address or submitted as listed in your PayPal profile (if applicable) at the time your order is placed. If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, your order could be delayed or not received at all. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an invalid or incorrect shipping address.  PLEASE CHECK AND CONFIRM THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL(IF APPLICABLE) PRIOR TO ANY PAYMENT SUBMISSION. Our Exchange Policy:
 We  Do Not offer refunds but we do offer ONLY 1 exchange per purchase.
 We offer one exchange per item without Restocking - for unused/unopened items. 
We will gladly exchange your hair if you are not completely satisfied with the color, texture or length.  We may grant exchanges if we are notified of your complaint within 3 days of the postmark date that your item was delivered.  We advise all customers and clients to examine their product on the day of receipt to confirm if they have received their desired product or service.  Exchanges must be requested in writing with the buyers signature and received by FAX [888.542.4932] within 3 days of receiving the product(postal date of receipt).   You will be given a Return Authorization Code (RAC).  This RAC code given for your product exchange MUST be clearly marked on the shipping box and returned back to the address of FusionHairSupply.Com, HSupply Company, [45 E. City, STE #495, Bala Cynwyd, PA  19004].  Items must returned within 8 days of the postmark  of receipt.    You are responsible to pay for any additional shipping charges during an exchange.  Shipping charges are not exchangeable and non-refundable.   If you send back an exchange please include your RAC code, proof of purchase, and a copy of your written request (of what the problem is with your item and what you would like to receive in exchange).
 
In addition, you will need to pay for shipping the product back to us as well as us shipping the exchanged product to you.
 
Product exchange requirements(offered on 1 exchange per purchase):
We will not accept damaged or “used” products (such as hair that has been colored, chemical treated or cut) as exchanges. We reserve the right to make the judgment call if an item is damaged or used. Items used improperly qualify as ‘damaged’. If your returned item falls into this category we will send it back to you provided you pay shipping.
The exception is the manufacturers defect. If a manufacture's defect is found, please contact us immediately to replace your purchase. We will replace the item for the same brand, style and color at no cost.
Return products must be returned with the original netting and tags still attached, in the undamaged packing. Item must be in new and re-saleable condition. Do not mark tape or attach anything to the packaging. Item altered in any way cannot be accepted. For example, item was washed or exposed to smells like perfume.
 
Product cancellations:

Products orders that have been submitted to shipping carriers for shipping cannot be cancelled/refunded and are final.  Products ordered through this website that  have not been submitted to shipping carrier will request a cancellation in writing via fax .  If hair production have already started prior to shipping and a cancellation request has been submitted the cancellation will require a $60 cancellation fee per 100 hair bundle due to productionmaterials and exporting expenses placed for the production of I-Tip hair items.  A complete cancellation may take 7 to 14 days to complete.

Cancellation Instructions [only for orders that have not been submitted to our shipping carrier]:  To cancel an order you must first track the order status to know if the order has been submitted to a shipping carrier.  Production time of I-tip hair orders are usually submitted to shipping carrier within 1 to 2 days of your payment.  An order cancellation may only occur if the order has not been submitted to our shipping carrier.  If the order has not been submitted to a shipping carrier, a written request must be faxed in writing to cancel an order with the buyers signature and received by FAX [888.542.4932] -to present legal documentation of your request ] prior to shipping out an order.   You will be given a Cancellation Code (CX). Order cancellation must take place during our normal business hours of Monday to Friday 7am to 1pm if the order has not yet been submitted to our shipping carrier.

 Orders usually take 5 to 7 business days to arrive to each order destination once submitted to shipping carrier.  Please allow at least 7 total business days to receive your hair order.  For non-hair items orders please allow 5 days.
Note: Shipping time may sometimes exceed time shown, depending on the distance between seller and buyer.
 
For International orders please allow 12 business days for shipping

Your order will normally be shipped via USPS, USPS Priority or UPS. If necessary, we reserve the right to use an alternate carrier
 
 
Lost, or Non-Delivered Mail
 
We are not responsible for packages not received although tracking of packages will be placed on every order sent.  However we will investigate (with tracking numbers that are placed on all orders) lost or non-delivered packages.  Please note, non-delivery of a package will not be refundable, and shipping costs are non refundable.
 
Any order that has not been received 30 days after the shipping date is considered a lost order.  We consider an order to have been received by the buyer's when the USPS status for the package is "Delivered".
 
Upon confirmation of non-delivery of a package, please notify us prior to the end of a 30-day period by sending a letter of notification to email  contactus@fusionhairsupply.com AND you must fax your letter to 888.542.4932.  We will then forward you a claim form that will be filed with by our company with USPS or the assigned mail carrier to recover the missing item.   Usually tracking numbers are assign to each order and maintained with our office for tracking, recovery, investigative, insurance and security purposes of packages sent by our office.

Hair Product’s Effectiveness:
1.)We are not responsible for any problems resulting from inappropriate misuse of direct or indirect usage of hair extensions sold on our website.
2.)For products exchanges, we do not hold any responsiblity for any claims made that have not abided by our exchage/return policy.   Our exchange policy states to submit an exchange request  within 3 business days of shipping receipt date and to have product back in our office 8 total days from the date of your product receipt [shipping date of the product].
3.)We are not responsible for any misuse, abuse or neglect of your hair extensions that will affect its appearance.
4.)We advise all customers to seek professional Hair Extensions specialist’s assistance before they use our hair extensions and tools and systems.
5.)Also, we advise all our customers to seek professional Hair Extensions stylist help to maintain a fresh appearance of their hair extensions after they are applied.
6.)NEVER EXPOSE YOUR I-TIPS HAIR EXTENSIONS & MICRO-RINGS TO Extremely HOT WATER (above 150+ degrees) - TO AVOID SOFTENING OR MELTING THE I-TIPS keep I-tips away from 170° to 180° Fahrenheit.
7.)Please note, our I-Tip Hair Extensions are pre-bonded with keratin stick shaped tips, which, may be used for either cold or  hot fusion attachment methods.  For the hot fusion attachment method, a hot fusion wand must be used at 170° to 180° Fahrenheit, the keratin I- Tips will soften and melt for attachment on and removals off of your own hair.  The hot attachment method is only recommended if you have the proper keratin removal solution in addition to the fusion wand.
8.)If you intend on reusing your I-Tips please note that you will be required to perform the proper maintenance of re-bonding I-TIPS with keratin if needed.
 
8.) NOTE TO HOT METHOD USERS:
Although our I-tip extensions can be used for the hot fusion method, a stylist license will be required for hot method intended purchases. If you intend on using the HOT-METHOD with our hair extensions you will be required to inform us first (prior to purchase)with presenting your stylist's license and certificate of training received from us in the Fusion Hot-Method.   Please be advised, if you purchase our extensions for the hot-method use and have not presented your stylist license and certificate of training in the hot-method use prior to purchase, we will not be held responsible of the outcome of a hot method use without presenting proof of proper training in the hot-method.  If you intend to use the hot-method you will be required to present that you have received training in hot-method attachments prior to purchase.
